- Description: As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel experiences. You will provide personalized recommendations, handle bookings, and offer exceptional customer service.
- Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for travel and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus
- Marketing Specialist
- Location: Remote / Hybrid
- Description: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote FireTravel services. You will help grow our brand presence across digital channels and engage with our audience on social media.
- Requirements:
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Creative mindset and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
- Customer Support Representative
- Location: Remote / Hybrid
- Description: The Customer Support Representative will provide assistance to clients before, during, and after their travel bookings. You will resolve inquiries, handle complaints, and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
- Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
