1. Travel Consultant

  • Location: Remote / Hybrid
  • Description: As a Travel Consultant, you’ll assist clients with planning and booking their dream vacations. You’ll provide personalized recommendations and ensure that all aspects of their travel experience exceed expectations.
  • Requirements:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Passion for travel
    • Previous experience in customer service or travel planning is a plus

2. Marketing Specialist

  • Location: Remote / Hybrid
  • Description: The Marketing Specialist will work to create and implement marketing campaigns that promote FireTravel’s services. This includes content creation, email marketing, social media campaigns, and SEO efforts.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong writing and creative skills
    • Experience with SEO, social media, and digital advertising
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred

3. Customer Support Representative

  • Location: Remote / Hybrid
  • Description: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues that arise. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
  • Requirements:
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Previous experience in customer service is a plus
    • Knowledge of travel industry standards is beneficial

4. Web Developer

  • Location: Remote / Hybrid
  • Description: The Web Developer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing FireTravel’s website, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for visitors.
  • Requirements:
    • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
    • Experience with website development and maintenance
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
